2. Initial Phone Call
A phone call will be scheduled to learn more about you, your current situation
and what outcomes you are hoping for.
3. On-Site Visit
An on site visit will be completed in order to meet with owners face to face, establishing a more trusting relationship. In addition, we will look over your property to help us determine what our offer price will be.
4. Offer
After getting all the details of you and your property, we will submit an offer on your property. Once an offer is accepted, we will provide you guidance on next steps.
